Install NEW and Login to Apps
Install Downloader App
Open Chrome or Firefox App on your Device
put troypoint.com/dl (thats a DL) in url and select Go
Select Downloader [1.4.2] on screen
When Downloader APK downloads Install it
If it DOSENT ask you to install
Select File Browser or File Manager app on the device and go into Downloads folder and install from there
Install Service Apps
Way 1.
Open Downloader App
Put tvtapps.ddns.net in url and select Go
Download your Chosen App from the Links onscreen and Install
Done
Way 2.
Open Chrome or Firefox App
Put the App url into the browser and select Go
When App Downloades Install it
If it DOSENT ask you to install
Select File Browser or File Manager app on the device and go into Downloads folder and install from there

Login XCIPTV 403
*For devices purchased 2019 +
Open XCIPTV 403 App
Select TVT Premium Panel
NOTE: If Sky internet is your Internet Provider Select TVTBackup
Put in
APP Username
App Password
Scroll up and down so Signin Button is shade of Blue
Press OK button to Sign in
Done
Login Purple TV
*For devices purchased 2020 +
Open Purple
Select Login
Profile name as TVT
Your APP Username
Your APP Password
Select TVTPremium from Server List
NOTE: If Sky internet is your Internet Provider Select TVTBackup
Select Login
On next screen select the TVT Profile to login
IMPORTANT After 1st Time Login
Select Live TV
It will Ask to Select Category to Hide
JUST SELECT THE ARROW TOP LEFT
Select Movies
It will Ask to Select Category to Hide

Open Smarters 221 App
Select Login Xtream Codes API
Put name as TVT
Put in
App Username
App Password
Select Add User
On next screen select TVT user on screen to login

Login Smarters 305
*For devices purchased 2021 +
*Best App BUT you need VPN ALL THE TIME, Read OpenVPN for Android or Add VPN cert to Smarters
*AGAIN This app WILL NOT work without the VPN Setup
Open Smarters 305 app
Select TV and save (if asked)
Select Add User
Put in
Your App Username
Your App Password
Select Add User and you will login IF YOU HAVE VPN SETUP
Download its Data for Live TV, Movies & Series
Done
How to use VPN on XCIPTV 403
Open XCIPTV 403 App
Select VPN top Right
Select Connect
VPS is Connected will appear Top Right
Go back and watch channels as normal
NOTE: DO NOT slide auto connect to ON as this can stop the app opening

How to use VPN on Purple TV
Open Purple App
Select VPN (under Live TV)
Tick Automatic
Tick Auto Connect (if required)
Select Connect
connected SUCCESS will appear
Go back and watch TV as normal
How to INSTALL VPN on Smarters 305
Way 1.
Open Downloader App
Put tvtapps.ddns.net in url and select Go
Select VPNCERT0821 from List
Select Done
Open Smarters 305
Select VPN Connect
Select File
Select Browse
Browse to The Downloader Folder
Select the VPNCERT0821.OVPN file
Select the VPNCERT0821 on screen and wait for it to Connect
Go back and Add User as normal
Done
Way 2. More Complex BUT best way
SUITABLE FOR 1YR OLD DEVICES OR NEWER
DO EACH STEP IN TURN
SKIP A STEP = SETUP WONT WORK
Step 1
Open the Downloader App
put tvtapps.ddns.net in the url and select GO
Select vpncert0821 on screen and when downloaded select DONE
Select OpenVPN for Android and when downloaded select Install
When installed select Done

Open the File Browser or File Manager App
Select Internal Storage
Select Downloader folder
Select vpn0821.ovpn file
Select Open with Import OpenVPN Configuration
Select Just Once
Select the Correct Icon top Right
Step 2 Done
Step 3
Open OpenVPN for Android
keep scrolling right to settings
select Default VPN
tick VPNCERT0821
Tick Connect on Boot if not already ticked
Scroll left to Profile and select vpncert0821 and select OK for Connection Request and it will connect
Step 3 and ALL Done, This will auto connect the VPN on every Reboot of Device
How to Setup Google Chromecast with Google TV
Plug in Device and follow Instructions until you get to Set up With the Google Home App
You can setup using the Barcode to the right BUT im going to do it all on the TV Instead
Select Set up TV instead bottom of the screen
Connect to your Wifi
Sign in with your Gmail Account
Accept, allow and agree to anything it asks
Select Confirm on Choose your Subscriptions
Setup your Remote to your TV or select Not Now and can be done later
Let it Install Apps
Select Start Exploring
On the Google Homescreen scroll all the way RIGHT to your Account
Select Settings
Scroll to and select System
Select About
Scroll down to Android TV OS Build and press the OK button 7 Times (it will flashYou are now a Developer On screen when done)
Go back to Remotes & Accessories
Select Set up Remote buttons
Select Volume Control and set it to Chromecast
Select Power Button and set it to Chromecast
Scroll back to the Homescreen
Install Apps
Select Apps
Scroll down to Search and search for Downloader App and Install it
Search for Send To TV app and Install it
Unlock Device to Allow Apps from Unknow Sources
Press the House Button
Scroll RIGHT to your account and select Settings
Scroll to and select Apps
Scroll down to and select Security and restrictions
Select Unknow Sources on the Right
Turn ON for Downloader & Send Files to TV
Install Service Apps
Using the Send to TV App IF you have an ANDROID Phone
If you have an Android phone then download the Send to TV app on your phone and send the app from your phone and recieve it on your chromecast and install it
Using the Downloader App
1st time setup
Open Downloader App
Put b.aftvnews.com into url and select go
select install and when installed select Done
Select Browser left of Downloader
put tvtapps.ddns.net and select Go
Download and install any app you want
All Done
Troubleshooting
Clear Data or Cache on Apps
Select Settings App
Select Apps
Select the App you want to clear
select Clear DATA (this removes app data NOT app)
or select Clear Cache (this removes app cache NOT app or data)
Weekly Maintenance
1. Switch OFF Internet router at the Power and Switch on again
2. Wait for Internet to FULLY come on
3. IF you have Wifi extenders etc Switch them OFF and on again at the Power
4. When the Internet is FULLY on again and ANY Extenders etc are all on Switch OFF the TV Device and Switch on again
5. Check is there a newer app for Service as apps like devices they get outdated after a year or two.
For most Devices, If 2yrs old or more, replace it with new model
BEST PRACTICE
Switch off the Device at the power every night
Then do the weekly maintenance once a week
